My team is engaging and is always willing to help each other out. Everyone seems to get a long and mesh well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager cares about me and everyone on their team and it is evident in their daily interactions with us and the support they provide.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that an increase or market adjustment would fair to bring people people to a competitive market range and to reflect the contributions that have been made in an extremely tough 18 months. I know some areas were looked at but feel compression issues are also there.
