The flexibility of being able to work from home
What are some of the best things about your team?
Unfortunately I do not know my team well, but I enjoy interacting with them when given the opportunity
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is under what the market is currently paying for my role and experience. The lack of paid parental leave is harmful and shows that their is little value put into work life balance or the employee outside of what they do for the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Unfortunately I do not know my team well after over a year on the team. I never felt particularly welcomed but I also started at the beginning of a pandemic when it has been hard to connect with people. I have enjoyed the couple virtual get togethers we have had
