I really enjoy my job and that has a lot to do with the people that I work with. The work load is very heavy and I can tolerate that because the people that I work with don't make things more stressful by being unpleasant and unreasonable. People, practices, and procedures are generally logical.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My pay is fair and the amount of PTO is better than average.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are demanding and expect you to do your job, but everyone is respectful and kind.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really like the work that I do. It's very interesting and I look forward to doing it. I feel like I am helping the teams at the hospital take care of patients by hiring great people in a timely manner.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Manager is fantastic. She is reasonable, fair, tells me what I need to work on without browbeating me, and is pleasant. She very calmly helps me with problems or issues that I personally find stressful, and even when it is my fault, she doesn't sound irritated, she just helps. Great Manager.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are nice people, offer to help when I have a lot of work and they don't have as much. It's a great team, they are not selfish and I don't see any slackers. This is probably the brightest group of people I have worked with. I was actually surprised by how intelligent they are.
