
I've been here for 6 years, I've noticed the patterns and what to expect from the company
They are very centered around God
Fun to talk to, similar interests / personalities
TA Leadership team are very nice and super hardworking
God centered and pray at the beginning of meetings
When I make a difference w/ a new hire
Pay practices for non-clinical associates, not just the clinical associates
Lessen the Recruitment work load so I don't feel like I'm drowning constantly - overworked and underpaid
We all have similar personalities and even though we all work remote, we use chat to help each other out and get to know each other a little better
If I were to apply to Ascension now for the exact position I'm in, I'd be offered more than I'm currently making after being w/ this company for 5 yrs.
I give out sign-on bonuses daily for clinical new hires, just 1/2 of 1 bonus I give out added to my salary would be amazing, but Ascension isn't doing anything for non-clinical associates retention wise.
