It has been both rewarding and challenging. However, the challenge is not a challenge that I would be afraid to take on again. Many different moving pieces and systems have been challenging, but also such a learning opportunity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are genuine, honest and kind.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork is absolutely amazing. Always willing to help if they can. Easy to work with and get along with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team meetings and monthly all team meetings. They really try to bring us together and interact as much as possible.
What makes you most happy at work?
Assisting others and being able to make the most of my day. Being productive. Ending the day knowing I did my very best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that compensation as a whole, not just in my position needs to be reevaluated. It seems that others being hired on now are coming in at a higher rate just starting out, than what other who have been here for years are making at this time.
