Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Receiving meets and exceeds expectations on all reviews and yet being paid just above the minimum amount on the position's payscale. Never receiving raises based on performance, only cost-of-living increases given across the company

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

-General leadership -Working with lower performing people to make them better rather than loading high performing people with their work. -Understanding the needs of the team and implementing policies and procedures based on those needs.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Being paid fairly. Leadership showing that high performance is recognized and low performance is monitored and worked to improve. Promote strong leaders and not friends of leaders or people that have just worked here for a long time
