What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do not feel that the culture is that great...
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Knowing the strength and weakness of the associates. You have good associates that do not feel appreciated and also feel stuck. I can personally speak from experience.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not valued and not provided the opportunity to grow with the company. Stuck in one position, however always hearing you need to be more expose and volunteer for projects. Every time I apply for a new role, I am ALWAYS overlooked and not selected.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The feeling of being just a number to get the job complete is very degrading. If there is going to be a salary range, I feel with the proper tensor ,education, dedication you should at least be able to be pasted the Mid range and at the top max point. Also should be crossed trained for promotions.
