Direct leadership improvement in the behaviors that define good leaders, ex. transparency, authenticity, accountability, appreciation, doing what they say they are going to do, honesty, fairness, etc.
We truly care about each other, can have candid conversations, bring wonderful differing perspectives, are willing to go out of our way to assist, are cheerleaders and support systems for each other.
