I am happy with my job...I wish I had better training...sometimes I feel I am going to fail b/c I didn't get the correct training on something etc....but overall I am happy!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all help each other....everyone on my team is friendly and helpful....
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
moral is typically good....working remote is a bit trickier b/c I don't have that one on one interaction
What makes you most happy at work?
talking to new hires and clearing someone to start or knowing I just made a small impression on someone in a good way:)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is amazing....I can go to her for anything and feel comfortable doing so....she seems to care about me as well as my well being....I think our leaders all do a great job!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
insurance costs are low for the most part...I am not happy with the connectyourcare this year...never had issues using my card in the past but for some reason this past year I have been denied every time I use it....I won't invest in this next year
