Great organization, some leaders promoted beyond their means make it challenging to be successful due to lack of direction, rework, lack of linkage to strategy and not being at the table soon enough to really be a partner and make an impact - reactive, not proactive. Many great leaders also!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the organization would more closely benchmark salaries of not just competitors in non-profit, but to remain competitive and employee the best, should probably be benchmarking and considering salaries in for profit as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to apply my passion for the growth & development of people & business, help business leaders solve business problems, ability to be my whole true authentic self at work, autonomy/empowerment to do great work for customers, flexibility to care for my family, work with smart & caring people
