Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am at the lowest pay possible and feel my work shows I should be compensated more towards the middle of my positions pay scale. I don't expect to be paid the very most, but I believe the lowest compensation is unfair for my work/scenario.
