What do you like best about the leadership team?During the pandemic, leadership really showed that they care about staff with paid furlough & sending staff from other states to help out those impacted hard. Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel appreciated, but traditionally, this area of the country is extremely undercompensated in the healthcare profession.
