Toxic. Sales driven and power hungry. We have an up system and general workers mess with and blame workers they see as potential targets.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Managment uses comission structure against staff. "Housing tickets" placing managment under subordinates sales. Punishes team without any care or duress for their underlings. Has no care or concern for consistency with scheduling instead opting a very unreasonable uncompromising schedule.
