Undervalued bc turn over is complacent attitude w/ 'just hire someone else'. Compensation inaccurately promised based on sales deliverables controlled by Co to prevent commissions, especially deliverables prevented short supply inventories/ fulfillment disorganization.
Interview was initially conducted by outside HR recruiter, referred to store location. First location hiring based on unadvertised language preference, Noticed HR person. Second location hired on the spot, desperate to hire anyone. Character, integrity, experience, appearance not a factor.
