What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The company needs to start selling better quality at fairer prices, honor the customers contracts and generally be honest, versus trying to lie and xheat customers.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was an easy interview. They sold me on how great of a company they are. Once you are out there, you learn that the wuality is poor and dishonest.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My coworker talk about how the company teies to cheat the customers and how we lose our commissions. There is a high tirnover rate, because we lose more money than we can make, for the most part. If the customer want price amtching to the website, we lose big commissions.
