Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For a multi-billion dollar company, it is run like a mom & pop shop – which would be fine if leadership cared about their employees as they profess to. The compensation and benefits both fall as short as their commitment to their employee

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Corporate is a mess and the licensees do a better job and are honestly the reason the company is in business. There needs to be a better corporate structure. When the CEO's assistant has more influence and power than most of the rest of leadership, that's a huge problem.
