The work environment is so bad, I dread even coming to work.

It is not necessarily the coworkers fault. Management needs to do a better job .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not like the way we are treated. We barely get to see our family. Some of us stay more than an hour away so it feels as if we are working around 14 hour shifts.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything! We work almost everyday! There is barely any vacation time or time to spend with family. They have these unrealistic goals of people. It is not the workets fault that during Holidays people order more furniture. We wre doing the best that we can!
