There is nothing particularly noteworthy about their interview process.
It is not possible to live on the wages they pay. They need to pay their employees fairly.
They need to reassess the way they treat people, both coworkers/employees and residents. Basic respect and a lack of double standards goes a long way.
Leadership makes it very clear that lower positions in the company are not valued. They do not value their work and they do not value them as people. Everyone is very eager to assign blame rather than take ownership or work together.
There is very much an attitude of competition rather than teamwork. This starts at the top of the company and is fostered all the way through. You have to constantly be considering how anything you say or do could be used against you. Because it will be.
