Pay better as well as treatment of guys in the field that's where management loses or gains profits treat the team better rather than just ramping up production with no incentive

Better pay really, I like the hours and what not. However with other places with less physically demand jobs offering more pay, 14.49 an hour is not worth it when I can obviously go somewhere else
