Review from Operations Dept

Review from Operations Dept

I like everything about it!

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We don’t get any compensation, and my boss makes me feel undervalued everyda

Interviewing elsewhere for similar roles with 20-25% increase in pay

More vacation time and personal days

Pay better as well as treatment of guys in the field that's where management loses or gains profits treat the team better rather than just ramping up production with no incentive

I do more mork and am epected to do more work then the guys making more than me

Quoted more got less lied too many times

Better pay, higher per diem, more retirement.

Benefits, more pto, raises, holiday pay

I deserve the same compensation as a lineman.

Better pay really, I like the hours and what not. However with other places with less physically demand jobs offering more pay, 14.49 an hour is not worth it when I can obviously go somewhere else

I have been in the field for 10 years. Have my truck license, ISA, all my certs, perfect attendance, and work ethic, and get all my work done. But get paid less because I am a female

Set up for failure, your whole life will become Asplundh with no respect to you or your loved ones

A higher wage and more fair work experience

Higher pay, better benefits, paid sick leave, more vacation time.

Way higher wages and better bosses

The job we do is essential and I feel that we should be given a better pay scale.

Under paid compared to other tree companies
