Different leadership rolls put in. There is never any hiring of people who actually deserve it. It’s always someone brother or cousin or sister husband. They can’t do the
Company to acknowledge or care about the negative youd think they would considering the amount of illegal activity on a daily basis based on the last biggest lawsuit to take place nevertheless hiring better people and stripping some of the freedom given to the management.
Need better equipment and more training for supervision
It can be improved by stepping out of the way and allowing a better company come in

The rules need to be applied across the board and benefits need to help the employees as the work is long and strenuous for a family man . The opportunity for advancement should not be reliant on weather you run elbows with the boss yet your skills, drive and passion to run a smooth operation
