Better communication with the upper management would work wonders. Better communication skills between the general formen and the workers.

Putting the right people in the correct positions. My boss is underqualified to do the job he's been doing for the last 3 years.

The formen and below or great at what they do couldn't ask for a better group of guys.they have good work ethic, very knowledgeable about the work the gets done and also very compassionate about the job they do.
