everyone is friendly and we're all a team together. Everyone needs to work together to steer the Assurance ship!
What are some of the best things about your team?
we're a big family and we love working together. There is no negative feelings amongst all of us so far which is awesome
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are always involved, come into the office and try to check in on everybody. They try to keep us happy and are helpful when we need anything. They're all very insightful.
What makes you most happy at work?
being able to have my own desk with a big monitor to help me get through all my tasks. Being able to talk to all my co-workers and constantly working hard to solve new problems everyday
What is the best part about your compensation package?
recently, I got a raise that was quite substantial, I am not in engineering so being able to get any fair amount more is always nice. I also really enjoy the unlimited PTO which allows me to work from anywhere
