Everybody is really clever but also smart enough to realise what they do not know and humble enough to ask.

The leadership is very transparent. They are willing to explain their reasoning behind a decision and are open to feedback. In my opinion, this shows a high level of trust in their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody is very smart but not arrogant. In the data team, especially, everybody puts the team first over themselves - there are no egos. It is always about making things better for the team and the business.
What makes you most happy at work?
It is really enjoyable to see that our work has a major influence on the business. We are really lucky in the fact that we can see the results of efforts within hours, so we can see the real-world impact of our work.
