Very competitive equity and pay, much better than top tech Companies (like Amazon).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
team work, we are ALL in the same boat, if one fails, we all fail. But we succeed because we recognize this. Many bigger companies ruin team work and collaboration because of stack ranking, which pits employees against each other, creates toxic environment.
