I have owned three projects end to end, have seen them grow. I was able to transition from two projects fully now that we have grown. It's fun to always explore new areas, contribute and be a lead in the technical space.

Huge individual ownership to me is the best.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving hard problems, helping someone solve a hard problem.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The coding on the laptop.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm quiet, heads down and get things done. So likely the leadership team doesn't know much of the quaity of my work. It doesn't matter a whole lot, I mean come on - this ain't no fair place, this mother earth. I'm more fortunate than so many.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They let you own engineering efforts end to end, but have your back at the same time - there is no blame culture. We roll up our sleeves, move fast and iterate. Without strong leadership we would not have built a multi billion company in 3 short years.
