It's not about undervalue; if company wants to pay you it will, if it doesn't it will try very hard to lowball you all the way to 40k a year if it can.
I'm quiet, heads down and get things done. So likely the leadership team doesn't know much of the quaity of my work. It doesn't matter a whole lot, I mean come on - this ain't no fair place, this mother earth. I'm more fortunate than so many.

We don't do a good job of communicating with other verticals especially C-levels. We always say move fast, but we also do that in the worst way possible, which leads to us wasting more time fixing the fallout.
They need to be more inclusive of employees and provide more feedback & training for agent development.

Replace entire staff beginning with the President, who is the most inept executive of any company doing business in the Medicare Sales industry.

The company just simply does not understand how to treat Insurance Agents. They treat it like a Call Center. the difference is that licensed insurance agents are not your typical call center employee. They simply look at stats with no regard to the human aspect of agents.
