They actually evolve and make changes and seriously listen to agents. thats rare and thats a seriously big deal that is like a rare Diamond.
They talk a good game and will listen some but are stuck or maybe hands tied with earned commissions.

The autonomy and responsibility given to each employee.
They let you own engineering efforts end to end, but have your back at the same time - there is no blame culture. We roll up our sleeves, move fast and iterate. Without strong leadership we would not have built a multi billion company in 3 short years.

They bring big thinking, capability, and compassion to their leadership. They help you aim really high and help you to accomplish more than you thought you could, but when things don't work out they encourage and support.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
comisssions are the best and they pay fairly so im good with that
i create my own paycheck and control how much i want to make as a contracted Account Executive, you can work hourly if you like as well but contracting works in my favor so im very well pleased and satisfied, you perform daily, and they pay you daily on the contracted side, win win situation.

Commission structure is good. However, recently it has changed for the better but have received nothing in writing. Without having direct access to the commission policy feels like you are working without a contract. Anything could change.

everyone is free spirited and we work as a team and individually when necessary. its a great balance of team work with zero micro managing.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It very easy and the onboarding process is assisted by specialist to help you get through the process easily.
it's inconsistent, HR is good at selling and low balling the prospects at least the ones no one wants to pay. The ones that actually get paid they overpay by at least 50%...
Very open people, easy going conversation, but very tough questions.

I like that there is a take-home component of the interview. While it was time consuming, I felt like I got to demonstrate my capabilities more concretely. When I was reviewing the take-home work with my interviewers, I got to glimpse what it would be like working with them on a project.

my freedom and the trust my company gives so im not looked over, they train us in a very skilled way so we dont have folks looking over our shoulder. pretty rewarding
