Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I were paid equally to others at the same level.

I am not paid for the work I actually do, but rather for the title that I hold and the constraints within that title. If my actual job has a 25% heavier and more strategic workload than the others with the same title, I should be compensated as such.

We take One Team seriously - there has not been a person I have asked a question to or needed help and been turned down or pawned off on someone else.

I enjoy what I do and appreciate my coworkers and leadership. The days can be very long which can be trying at times. I recognize that I have a role in that, but I want to succeed and I am not sure if I can do that without working these hours.
