The ability to flex with hours, the ability to work from home when needed, casual dress and environment, freedom to express opinions and ideas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not paid for the work I actually do, but rather for the title that I hold and the constraints within that title. If my actual job has a 25% heavier and more strategic workload than the others with the same title, I should be compensated as such.
