The level of trust and responsibility that is put in me / our team. We are the busiest division in the company and continue to surpass set goals. Also, working 100% remote is awesome

We are all remote but very tight knit. We utilize our chat, email and phones to communicate efficiently and to ensure that not just individually but as a team we are hitting the mark and goals set before us. And.. we have fun!
