It is similar to a start up so there are not as many processes in place as you would see at a larger, more established company. However, it has been cool to help implement and create processes as we continue to grow.

My team is amazing! We all excel in various skill sets so it is nice to be able to go to one another for help. We are all motivated to do a good job and go above and beyond when needed, but also have a great work-life balance. We can have open and honest conversations with each other.
