Our team outings! We try to do something once a month to spend time together and we always do something really interesting, from volunteering to mini golf and city tours!

That they're just normal people- they come into the office and talk to everyone on the same level which I really appreciate

Being able to hear all the interesting things that my coworkers are doing not only in their job but also in their lives as well

leadership has an open-door policy, they want everyone to be able to voice any ideas or concerns they may have and have it be taken seriously.

I really love the people in the company. Everyone is friendly and kind and is more than happy to say hi and just chat for a minute.

The team is very diverse and they welcomed me with open arms and I immediately felt like I was part of the team and not just the "newbie"

Being hybrid and being able to come into the office and see coworkers, but also being able to work from home and being trusted to get what needs to be done done.

The company and our People team do an amazing job setting up fun activities for us to get together and get to know each other even though most of us are remote.
