There is a ton of opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and scalability. Though my experience has been okay, it's felt like there is no true direction and established workers are reluctant to change/make the time to change things

What makes you most happy at work?
Ability to work autonomously and insert my ideas - the downfall is the lack of recognition. Some things I've created to help improve productivity/efficiency get tossed aside because it's different than what the team has been used to doing for years.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a lack of (balanced) feedback and self-driven initiative. Honestly, some coworkers seems like they're okay doing the bare minimum and not aspiring to achieve more. When there is feedback, it's very subjective and not enough data to prove a point.
