Leadership team is passionate about the company mission. They go the extra mile to advocate for their teams.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation package is fair and competitive. Currently they are giving stock options to exercise in future after IPO. Ideally I would rather RSUs but that is a personal opinion.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture is very welcoming and inviting for all backgrounds. With primarily remote setting, company does a great job setting up collaborative virtual events and use slack effectively for sharing family/lift updates, e.g. upcoming weekend plans or pets, and information to make people feel connected.
