I'm still getting used to it, but I really like the commission system.

Everyone genuinely seems nice. I also like the fact that there are regular occurrences of fun to keep the team engaged and motivated.

I like that we have daily meetings to keep the entire team updated on goals and progress. There's also time to ask questions and submit feedback, which is great.

Team culture as a whole is great. Everyone's very nice and willing to help when they can. I don't ever feel like a burden for asking too many questions.
