Overall experience is good. My field of work is changing fast, so I'm technically challenged. Recently the company started investing into the team (hiring more people), so that provides an additional challenge as well

Almost everyone is cooperative and makes an effort to communicates (with some exceptions, of course). People work towards the common goal.

Delivering value to the team's customers (they're internal, but we treat them as customers nonetheless); working on ways to improve the overall data infrastructure
