What makes you most happy at work?
Great place to work. The opportunity to be remote + near an office is a nice touch. When I feel less focused I can go in, but I never feel overly forced to do so. It makes me most productive!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the culture, the environment is fun-- we have alot of smaller events sprinkled throughout our workweeks, the inclusion council, raffles, awards, fun Friday questions-- its a fast paced, effective company sprinkled in with some opportunity to be funny and laugh together
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team makes an effort to engage with everyone, both on the state-of-business as well as fun recreational activities-- like the bingo raffle. They actively work on their transparency, and allow for questions on the state of the business to be asked, so we always have context
What are some of the best things about your team?
We touch every part of the business, so its nice to be able to have a large team that is so transparent and willing to help when you dont have vision into every part of the business. I love the dynamic we have, and love to offer help when i can too-- its very motivating
