The base salary, because it seems that it is at market average or a bit above market average for my position
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that Aura's leadership is transparent about decision-making processes; clearly communicates company goals, and overall, it feels that they have high ethical standards
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
- Despite an excellent performance review last year, I no longer manage the team and technically hold an individual contributor role again. - My stock options are almost fully vested and wouldn't make me a fortune with the current FMV - Aura's product planning process could be improved
