I have a very dedicated, hard working and intelligent team who is well versed with the Cyber security concepts and products. Many of them being with us for more than 10 years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think other similar companies would pay me lot more with more stock options. They would give me more freedom in terms of budget and resources. I think I would like to get about 25% increment in salary.
