Everyone is very nice and collaborative, we all support each other and celebrate one another's wins, they are also always available to support me and help me improve my performance

The recruiter was very accessible to me and was able to answer all of the questions I had, as well as some of the managers I interviewed with as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are great resources and always available to answer any questions you might have! They never make me feel like I am bothering them and they always are able to answer my questions completely and quickly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a lot of encouragement and positive reinforcement. Supervisors also keep things fun by adding fun games into the mix to keep the team competitive and engaged. I was worried taking a remote job would make me feel disconnected from my coworkers, but I do not feel this at all!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is really nice and has a positive attitude. They are also very real. It is nice to be able to vent to my coworkers and not have them be in denial of getting hard calls or having a bad day. Everyone is very sympathetic, easy to converse with, and have great, fun attitudes.
