The leadership works hard to establish and communicate very clear quarterly goals and then lets the team members own and execute the activities to achieve those goals. There's a lot of autonomy and support, when needed.

The team members have significant depth of knowledge, which means I really trust my team members' to do great work and bring great ideas. There is a very strong culture of collaboration, sharing credit for successes, and being humble.
