While there are challenges in moving fast, I've enjoyed the variety in projects and it keeps me on my toes in a positive way. I can see myself being here for awhile.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was straight forward and included a brief project. Overall, it didn't seem overly excessive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While we move really fast, we see the fruits of our labor and why we're doing it. Everyone is truly supportive and understands what we're working towards.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is competitive and I enjoy the unlimited PTO - which is a huge benefit. I find that our benefits (health, etc) are strong and don't find any fault with it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is a team player and it really feels like we're all working towards the same goal. There aren't any ego clashes that I'm aware of and it does feel unified and collaborative in our approach.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm excited to work on new projects and initiatives, which is always changing (for the better) as we learn more about where we're lacking. Our team is great and hard-working so there's never any doubt in effort.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the transparency in our business direction and where need to focus each quarter. I'm always informed on how we're doing and where we're lacking so there are no major surprises. I also believe the leadership team is very supportive and open based on feedback.
