High compensation. Support for getting certifications (they pay for them!) Good PTO. They have a lot of clients if you get rolled off, you can get rolled onto another project quick.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
With Accenture and Microsoft executing very well, Avanade's value is unclear to me. It seems like Avanade could just be folded back into Accenture.

Women aren't treated fairly: we are paid less, bullied by colleagues and overlooked by leadership. Basic manners would be an improvement.
