    Change the entire leadership team, care and respect people instead of doing big lay offs. Think about real teaching instead of sales and revenue.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    Hidden salary ranges, lower than the industry. Basic salary only. Toxic culture.
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
    Fire everyone from HR (P&O), act according to ethics at least instead of hiding everything. Answer and followup AMA questions completely and depth not washi-washi. Find a real CPO.
