What does the leadership team need to get better at?Change the entire leadership team, care and respect people instead of doing big lay offs. Think about real teaching instead of sales and revenue.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Hidden salary ranges, lower than the industry. Basic salary only. Toxic culture.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Fire everyone from HR (P&O), act according to ethics at least instead of hiding everything. Answer and followup AMA questions completely and depth not washi-washi. Find a real CPO.
