What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Take ownership, accountability and communicate what you want and need instead of being incompetent, insecure and scheming, throwing the blame to junior staff. Look at the world outside on how people manage and run a bank. Management changes every 6 months during my tenor there.
Transparency, communication, consistency, doing things that actually make sense instead of assigning meaningless work to surface-level fulfill audit requests

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not being oaid for the correct band
Theres no amount of money in the world for me to want to go back there. Everything is thrown at you without consideration of whats already on your plate. And you are expected to do things 110% while keeping on top of it all with zero guidance and only pressure to deliver in the next hour.
Closer to market pay for compensation.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The conducive working environment whether everyone feels free to share their opinion

Change the management team and increase the pay
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer gave me a full background of the working environment and the breakdown of the kind of work I would be involved in at the start of the employment
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Change the way we think about candidates. Currently it's more about how the candidate would be liked by senior management/executives.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
bureaucracy, no support in terms of management support nor infrastructure support, and expect you to produce and get the report delivered even when you are sick. Taking leave is frowned upon despite I have never been on any holiday in my one year there. Insecure management.
