new managers are clueless but I do love that where I work is on campus which makes it easier to get to class

flexibility from two of my managers but not the third

We are a team but that is just my similar ranking team members, we do not have a good relationship with out manager
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The workers and I are expected to do a lot more than what we are paid for. I always leave work worn out and exhausted because of the tasks we complete that are not listed in our job descriptions for what we do in a day
