What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I am part of the leadership team and i cannot give clear direction or support to my team because priorities are always shifting or corporate lists everything as the top priority. So disorganized.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has a negative culture. The stores tend to have a somewhat positive culture. Managers tend to insulate their subordinates from upper management and the overwhelming feedback and communication that comes at them. They are like the filter between the top and bottom.
