communication. actually understanding the needs of the stores. treating store teams with the respect they deserve regardless of store size.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

1.no clue on how to set up an equitable bonus program based on success as opposed to gross volume. 2.Passive agressive corporate management with no clear path explained to profit centers. 3. elimination of hours in profit centers (stores) while adding duplicating corporate support staff
