Leadership at the store level is great, but corporate leadership needs to value their employees more and trust their input.

I love my coworkers, regular customers that we have befriended, and finding new and fun products! It's hard not to spend your paycheck there!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all like a family; a lot of us spend more time with our coworkers than our own household! We help each other out, care and value everyone, and help each other grow.
