The expectations are high, pay is low

We have some really strong people on our store team.

I love books and interacting with my customers about books
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We all need to learn our jobs. When one person has no clear idea of expectations, it weakens the entire team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hours have been cut severely and that means double work for almost everyone. High turnover doesn't help. More pay would mean I would feel compensated for the work.
